    SEC. 5401. AUTHORIZATION OF APPROPRIATIONS.

      There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this part the following amounts:

        (1) $550,000,000 for fiscal year 2002.

        (2) $575,000,000 for fiscal year 2003.

        (3) $600,000,000 for fiscal year 2004.

        (4) $625,000,000 for fiscal year 2005.

        (5) $650,000,000 for fiscal year 2006.

        (6) $675,000,000 for fiscal year 2007.
